Infrared Retro-Reflective Products

Cyalume proposes reflective products like flags, squares, bands etc. which have to be illuminated by an infrared source (from 700 to 950 nm) before they react. Reflective power depends on the IR source. Ideally, the infrared illumination source needs to be coaxial with the night vision goggles.

Depending on the NVG model, the acquisition distances will vary enormously from a few dozens of meters with Lucie type NVGs to several hundreds of meters with the US NVS 14 model. It depends on the power of the IR beam.
